PROCESSING TIMES

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress. Orders are typically processed within three to five business days, with tracking information sent within one business day after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries worldwide and ensure a smooth international shipping process. However, all import taxes, VAT, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. AgujaOscura does not cover additional charges imposed by your country once the item has shipped.

Orders that are refused due to customs fees or import tariffs will not be eligible for a refund. If a package is returned to us without an approved return request, any refund will apply to the item cost only—shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
